For hops lovers - this bitter ale is pale colored and made with a blend of 6 different malts and 5 different hops. This ale is dry-hopped for extra flavor and aroma. IBU 85

All night long on the Holy Cow. A fantastic beer, just strong enough and so drinkable.

Rustic orange in color, resinous and rich on the nose; caramel, some cinnamon, pine, perfume, a touch of banana. Robust hop flavor without much acidity; again, caramelly and warm with plenty of sweetness, and only the calmest resinous bitterness; it has a touch of sesame bitter-dry to it too.

Thick, prickly mouthfeel causes it to feel like a huge bitter pale ale when it isn’t, quite, but that’s not really a bad thing. It finishes crunchy and quick with mild, dried-out herbal hops. Easily reaching comfortable, if not inspiring, territory.

On tap at the brewpub. Served in a pint size fishbowl shaped glass.Light amber with a white head. Strong hop smell and taste that suited this hop lover just fine. An excellent IPA.

Pours an amber color with a tall white soapy head with a powerful pine, hop, and grapefruit aroma. Flavor has lots of grapefruit with an aggressive hop ending that is powerful, but quite flavorful. Very nice beer!

On tap at the brewpub. Pretty much as standard an American IPA as you’ll find from a lot of places, but still quite good. Poured a nice gold with white head, and had a lot of citrus. The notes say it’s brewed with 5 different hops, and you can certainly taste it.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a cloudy orange brown with a thick white head. Aroma of grassy hops, citrus, grapefruit, and hop oils. Flavor is slightly stronger than the pale ale (Focal Banger) with more of a malt presence. Grapefruit, citrus, and grassy hops in the finish. Quite tasty stuff! 8/4/8/4/14 [3.8/5]

UPDATED: NOV 3, 2011 On cask at the Alchemist. 2 finger head that laces all the way to the last drop. Hazy orange colour. Aroma of Grapefruit,, Mango and hops - lots and lots of hops. Taste of American and English (?) hops, Grapefruit Rinds, Lightly toasted Caramel Malts and a bit of pine and spruce. Actually finishes like an English IPA - fairly dry. Went down like water, and took a couple before the alcohol hit me. More please.
