A lightly hazed golden ale with a thin creamy lacing white head. A light orange peels and cloves aroma. In mouth, a restrained malt with light cloves, light bodied. On tap at brewery 13 Oct. 2008.

on tap at the brewpub. Lightly hazy golden in color with a medium off white hide. Coriander, Orange peel in the aroma with some light wheat and pale malt. Taste was orange peel, coriander, with some belgian yeast- esters and phenols.. Mostly dry, light malty sweetness and tangy wheat. Light bodied, with a very light hop bitterness in the finish.

Draft at the brewpub - Poured a straw yellow in color with a small white head. A small amount of lacing on the glass. Aroma was not strong, but there was some of the orange and coriander that you would expect from a Wit. Flavor was also not very strong and followed the aroma profile pretty well. The beer was almost tasted like it was watered down... palate was thin too. Very uncharacteristic for this brewer. Disappointing...
