COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A probiotic fruit beer fermented with 100% Brettanomyces. Red raspberry for Vitamin C, pomegranate for it’s anti-oxidants and elderberry for it’s anti-viral qualities. Infused with organic astragulas, ecchinacea and woods-grown ginseng. Aged for 2 years in stainless steel with assorted bacteria. A wellness tonic.

Draft at brewpub 11/29/08, Deep red hazy color, light pink head, tart aroma. Aging has given a nice depth to this wonderful sour ale. The fruit is present but not over powering. Very good beer.

A red burgundy hazed sour ale with a thin cherry white head. An interesting aroma of Brett and beets, cough drops, and acidity. In mouth, a wonderful pungeant sour ale, Brett lambic, with lactic yogurt qualities and raspberries. Rich, sour and puckering. On tap at brewpub, Nov. 29 2008, Alchemist’s 5th Anniversary.
