Bottled. Pale golden. Despite being only 4.7% the alcohol is evident in the aroma. Sweet and unclean with obvious notes of vegetables and unfermented wort. Low bitterness. Typical BBH beer...

(Botle 50 cl) Very pale, slightly hazy beer. Looks almost like a Belgian witbier. Creamy, stable head leaving laces on my glass. If this really is a lager, it’s really rather unusual because of it’s odd wheaty touch. Slightly sourish and quite fresh. According to the Aldaris website this is a lager made pale with some barley-starch. But all in all surprisingly nice. 160104

(50cl bottle, bottled 27-09-06, thanks kegoguinness) Crystal clear straw body with medium white head. Aroma is mild, medium sweet, bread, some corn. Taste is sweet, corn, light bread, no bitterness at all. Watery light body, minimal crispness.

Draught
Golden with decent white head. Crisp and phenolic aroma. Medium-bodied, malty with crisp carbonated aftertaste. Sweetish.

Can. 4,5%. Clear golden with a small short lasting head. Weak grainy and malty aroma. Malty bit dry flavour with some hops and sweetness. Dry maltish finish.
