Can (canned 06/2009). Very pale yellow color, small white head. Pear and cardboardish aroma. Sweet pear flavor, some cardboard as well. Very cheap feeling in this swill ... low bitterness.

Canned (thanks SaintMatty!).Pale yellow colour, not much head. Aroma is cardboard, some grains and not too much. Flavour is quite much the same, a rather sweetish malty notes.

In new bottle. Saku and Aldaris have new and same bottle now. And brewers said taht new bottle is so original!?? Clean golden color, nothing interesting, artifical hoppy flavor. All the same- Aldaris, Saku and ...

Pale gold. White head. Malt, faded hops, corn and not much else. Flavor is fizzy with lots of cereal and corn notes. barely any hops on the tongue. meh.

500 ml bottle. From Latvia. Clear yellow colour with small head. Quite weak malty aroma. Sweet malty, a bit metallic flavour. Smooth palate.

Bottled A pale gold coloured lager with a decent white head. A buttery lager with sweet notes and chewy vomit. There may be a hint of citricity, but it is the dairy flavours which are off putting.

Pretty average, typical lager. There are more exciting beers in Latvia, or you could drink vodka, rather than this. Pass.

Can 50cl. Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is light malty, toasted, grain, light hoppy, cardboard. Flavor is light to moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. 100908
