COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The recipe for the Aldaris Senais Beer comes from the middle of the 19th century when the beer brewery Aldaris was founded. The tradition of making this masterpiece is inherited from generation to generation. Its full taste is formed by three different kinds of sweet barley and an expressed bitterness of hops, balanced traditionally.

Slightly sour malt aroma with notes of butterscotch. Acidic malt flavor with caramel tones and a rough bitterness. A distasteful beer is what this is!

(Bottle. Thanks to SaintMatty) Pale amber colour with frothy, off-white head, leaving traces of lacing. Malty nose with bread, wort, hints of caramel and raisins. Malty taste with notes of brown bread, toast, caramel, wort, raisins, nuts and a slightly spicy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, fairly dry. Nothing exceptional, but a balanced, well made and quite tasty vienna.

500ml bottle (Rimi, Riga)
5 sweet malty grainy aroma, clearly has beer ingredients in it.
3 Inviting orange, small bready head.
5 Milky grainy retronasals. Simply grainy taste, some huskiness, a little gentle bitter noble hops.
3 Crisp but quite smooth palate, decent carbonation. Finish has a touch of malty roasted grains, and some pleasant subtle real green-ish noble hops.
10 Pleasantly surprised, this is very drinkable, and a good full flavour for a macro. Keep it up Aldaris...

Glass bottle. Like amber color, white head. Common beer at the beginning, but after something more. Like me, not so common.

500ml Bottle - Copper in colour. Nutty and malty aroma with a hint of caramel. Malty and slightly metallic taste with hints of dried fruit and caramel. Easy to drink, but could do with some more flavour.
