Bottle bought at the L.C.B.O. in Ottawa.The color is golden with a white head. The taste is very light of malt and not much of anything else.The one positive thing I can say is that it was refreshing to drink.

Bottle in Riga poured into pint glass. Honestly, not impressive. Just another boring pale lager to add to the scrum. Plus Riga is not cheap, about 1:1 with sterling.

slight hops, corny flavour, meh, nothing special, another eastern euro special from our Ontario beer monopoly.

I tried this beer on September 13, 2007 at ’Smokeless Joe’s’ in Toronto. The beer poured a translucent orangy-gold with a thin white head. The aroma was malty with hints of grass. The mouthfeel was medium-bodied with high carbonation. The flavour was more malt and grass.

[553-20070823] 500mL. Corn and scrambled eggs aroma with a touch of citrus. Clear, orange gold body with a long-lasting foamy white head. Grainy corn and hay field flavour with something fruity and perhaps slightly rotting. Medium palate. Initial good impression fades after a few sips.

don’t know man, the aftertaste... pale golden with white head, the aroma is sweet malt and hop. the flavor is sweet, with a hint of i don’t know what.
