Can, 5.2%. Weak citric aroma. Clear pale yellow colour. Very small white head. The flavour is also citric, has a tolerable mouthfeel and is not too unpleasant.

Can 50cl. Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, toasted, cardboard notes. Flavor is light to moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. 100908

500ml bottle from the LCBO. Pours golden with a short lived head. Taste and aroma is typical eurolager. Not great.

Om ett öl kunde smaka som den där vardagen du inte längre minns - den som varken hade smak, lukt eller färg, och som stal tjugofyra timmar av dig utan att du märkte det - ja, då är det Aldaris Zelta det ölet smakar.

UPDATED: JUL 11, 2011 Huge soapy-sudzy white head, but it dissipates fast. Clear-as-glass, straw-golden hue. Very soft, like soft water. Yeasty-funky nose, with strange aromas. Slight skunky bite with faint herbal aromas. Synthetic sweetness is reminiscent of plastic, corn and fermented dough.

Straw colour; fruity aroma - some plastic, too. A little malt, herbal hops, apple. Mild and more or less drinkable.

(11.2oz bottle) Big white head atop hazy straw body. Aroma is medium sweet, bread, some caramel, light hay. Taste is medium sweet and quite bland. Think sugar water with a hint of malt. No bitterness. Smooth light body with some crispness, a bit undercarbonated. Easily passes the inoffensiveness test.

Found the 500ml can while picking something else up at Calgary Co-op. Gold beer. Had a big head before I turned away. Aroma is sweet, light icing sugar and grain? Sweet flavour. Slightly rough. Uneven. Sugar over vegetable.

Can. Standard clear yellow lager with an average unimpressive white head. Aroma is sweet corny grossness, like a malt likra without the petroleum essence lingering in the background. The palate is medium bodied, and way way too sweet without any bittering hops to dry things out. Plastic note in the finish. Blech.
