COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
For the "Hoagart'n" time, we want to revive this traditional custom with our Aldersbach "Kloster Weisse" special. This is a specially brewed, top-fermented wheat beer, full-bodied and pleasant to the taste. Only at "Hoagart'n" time from "Erntedank" (beginning of October) until Christmas. Bottled. A hazy amber beer with an off-white head. The aroma is very wheaty combined with notes of caramel. The flavor is very sweet with strong notes of wheat, as well as notes of caramel, bread, and alcohol, leading to a dry wheaty finish.

500 ml bottle picked up at a store in Idar-Oberstein, Germany. Pours a hazy gold color with a thick off-white foamy head. Aroma is bubblegum, bananas, cloves and more spices. This is a fantastic armoa. Taste is a mellow spicy wheat, cloves again and slightly baked bananas at the end. Palate is smooth flavorfull and pleasant and ends a bit dry. A super and different Hefe.

The bottle looks really good, the beer in the glass also. Starts very strong and yeasty, also fruity with notes of nuts. Finish still strong, a bit earthy. Well balanced. Really good!
