This American-Style IPA has a mountain of Amarillo hops, giving it aggressive citrus aroma and bitterness on a firm bed of malt.

Cloudy pour as is to be expected with an unfiltered IPA. Fruity bitter hoppiness dances on the back of your tongue. Great choice from Ale Asylum!

Tap at brewery. Pours clear orange with white head. Aroma is piney, lots of sweet malts, caramel, very fresh bread. Taste is malt forward, not hop aggressive, very mellow for an IPA. Overall, okay but wish it was a bit bolder.

"pine resin and earth mixed in the aroma and flavor. not my favorite type of malts for this beer, but is was a decent refreshing ipa. light-medium bodied. amarillo hops are nice, but this is a one trick pony - a session ipa. trade from WI beer mafia!"

Medium body with flavors of herbal hops, grapefruit and malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a citrusy hops aftertaste. Above average overall.

Bottle. Hazy amber body. Frothy, off-white head. Big aroma of citrus, tropical fruits, toasted bread, grapefruit, pineapple. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. It finishes lightly sweet and moderately bitter. Medium body, watery/velvety texture, just short of lively carbonation. Pine and resin take a back seat to the citrus qualities of the flavor which is nice. Solid.
