A chaotic blend of Citra hops and Belgian-style yeast give this IPA aromas of passion fruit, a bright hop flavor and a plush finish.

Draft at Jerrys. Amber-gold with creamy, frothy beige head, fine wet lacing / Bright nose of citrus rind, weed, pine, brown sugar / Medium body, lean, soft carbonation, moderate sweetness, good balance and bite, with bitter finish / Flavors of orange & grapefruit rind, mango, pine, resin, weed, light caramel / Very nicely balanced, with a lean and clean body which drinks like a cask ale.

Pours golden copper with a decent white head. Aroma is superb, bringing softly sweet lemon candy, a beautiful combo of the yeast and the citra hops. Flavor is delicate as well, but delicious tart citrus suggested as the bitter soft hops end on the palate.

(Thanks Chris "Budznsudz") Bottle. A- Caramel, bread, biscuits, sweet, fruits, flowers. A- Dark orange color, cloudy liquid, off white head. T- Caramel, bread, citrus, slightly sweet. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, bready finish. O- Lots of caramel and bread and very little bitterness at all. Im guessing the year or so of age on here lead to this, but still a very impressive IPA. The citrus was pretty minimal but still there. I love Citra hops as well as Belgian Trappist yeast strains to this was a superb combination for me. Id love to try some of this fresh.

Smells of hoppy fruit, even sweetness. Great mouthfeel not too carbonated, with bready maltiness. Fantastic hybrid

12 oz bottle from Gennaro in Oak Lawn, IL. Deepish golden color with almost no head. Aroma is booze, some citrus hops and some malt. Taste is kind of malty, caramel sweet to start and then citrus hops come out nicely, with a nice grapefruity taste at the end and lingering mild bitterness. This is an excellent IPA.

12 oz. bottle poured to a Czech-pils glass, showing a clear & bright, copper color, with a nice, bubbles & cream, off white/light tan head, and spots & wavy spray as lacing. The nose started with subtle yeast, then expressive grapefruit, mango, and apricot. The taste was similar notes, with more evident sweetness that lightened but lasted, touches of dank grain, rye toast, pulp, a hint of floral soapiness, and potent, lingering hop bitterness. Medium bodied, with decent carbonation, and some finishing dryness. A little flavor confusion, but not enough to negatively sway me.
