A chaotic blend of Citra hops and Trappist-style yeast give this IPA aromas of summer fruit and a bright hop presence with a plush finish. Bedlam is all natural and unfiltered for superior flavor and quality. It is brewed with passion and is best enjoyed that way.

Hazy orange - amber beer, tidy white head. Light palate, a little dry. Nice sweet tangerine and clementine. Peach and pineapple too! A touch of mango joins the party before the light semi dry finish. Love this combination of citra hops and Belgian yeast!

Draft sample. Poured hazy dark copper color with an average fizzy off-white head that mostly lasted with excellent lacing. Moderate to heavy citrus hop and soft fruit aroma. Medium to full body with slick texture and soft carbonation. Medium to heavy bittersweet hop flavor with a medium to heavy bittersweet finish of moderate to long duration. This is a change of pace good beer.

Bottle courtesy of nuplastikk, thank you sir! Hazy golden amber color, small white head, solid lacing. Aroma of pineapple, citrus. Taste is nicely balanced lightly spiced fruity grass and brown bread. Very nice and easy drinking.

Bottle poured a clear orange amber with a small lingering amber head. Aromas of lemon, biscuit, orange zesdt and light yeast. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a dry finish. Flavors of straw, lemon, yeast and light orange zest with a crisp dry bitter lingering lemon zest finish.

Hazed gold with a decent sized white head. Up front I get grapefruit peel, earthy hops, and then a nice core of malts keep this one balanced pretty well.

Thanks to my sister-in-law for binging this back to Canada for me. Pale amber pour with a thin white head. Bright juicy aroma. Hoppy citrus and a lot of tropical fruit along with a bit of dank cologne-like character. Some nice crisp light malt and a touch of honey as well. Nice clean but assertive bitterness. Really incredible brew.

12 ounce bottle courtesy of Mr. Pickles. Thanks! Opened on 5/8/10. This is my first try of Citra hops and of this brewery, and Iím impressed on both ends. This pours a copper color, nearly clear but with a very light hazy from very fine particulates. Medium sized creamy white head shows good head retention and lacing. The aroma is citrus and herbal hops with an earthy bitterness reminiscent of rye, along with some tropical notes. The taste is very hoppy with some leafiness and lots of fruit notes, including citrus, mango, papaya and other tropical fruits. Some caramel and faint toffee in the finish. Definitely hop forward but decently balanced. Very nice beer.

Bottle: Pours a clear deep golden bronze with a spotty-lacing white head. Has a lightly sweet pale malty nose with a fresh citrusy hoppy character and a biscuity yeasty note. Starts with pretty good fullness and light malty sweetness with a grassy citrus hop bitterness and flavor for balance before a drier, herbal hop finish. A true to style and tasty Belgian-style IPA.

Bottled. Poured healthy coppery orange with a fine cap of off-white head. The aroma picked up sweet passion fruit, mangoes, and orange zest over a meaty fruit and toffee base.. very juicy with a lovely peppery kick on the back of the nose.. an odd citrus resin stuck right at the end. The flavor found more of the passion fruit and some spicy grapefruit bitterness over mostly toffee at the core.. tacky finish with peppery yeast and a bouquet of bitter summer fruits. Medium-bodied and a touch on the sharp side on the palate.. bitterness and yeast spicage were high.. balance was OK, and this was a refreshing brew. Iím not entirely sold on the hop or Belgian yeast in an IPA, but Iíll drink more of these this summer.
