On tap at GTMW - hazy yellow pour with a big white head. Fruity nose--more apricot than banana. Yeasty and sweet, but one note. Taste is pretty watery, with a bit of banana and not much spice. Well-carbed, but real watery.

Draft sample. Poured hazy orange color with an average fizzy white head that mostly lasted with excellent lacing. Moderate banana, clove and hop aroma. Medium body with a sticky texture and soft carbonation. Medium sweet flavor with a solid sweet finish of moderate duration. Good refreshing brew.

GTMW. Pale, cloudy, straw gold. Watery wheat malt, some spice and lemon zest. Thin banana-clove sweetness trailing to pale/wheat malt. Very light.

12/25/10. Growler courtesy cbfobes! Weird cloud, almost smokey yellow pour with a small white head... it looks like grapefruit or pineapple juice. Light banana with heavy clove and a bitter butteryness. Smooth wheat flavor laced with banana, huge clove, and a hint of butter again. Eh.

Sample at the brewpub on 10/16/10. Hazy yellow pour with a thick white head. Aroma of malt, banana and clove. Banana flavor with sweet malt, clove and bubblegum before a dank finish.

On tap at brewery, pours hazy yellow with thin white head, nice lacing through out the glass, has sweet banana and bubblegum aroma, taste is full of banana with spices, very nice!

Draft at the Brewpub. Cloudy orange-yellow. Classic banana-clove taste. Fresh and lively. Smooth and creamy, with a subtle, dry, bitter, lemony, almost a touch of saltiness flavor profile. Remains soft and light on the palate but full of flavor. Perfectly executed Hefeweizen. Emphasis on clove vs. banana.

9/05/2009: Hatha-Weizen... Aroma: Lemon and a faint spiciness. Appearance: Cloudy lemon color; creamy, dense, white-colored head that is lasting. Flavor: Creamy wheat maltiness; fruity (banana) with some mild spice. Palate: Medium-bodied; smooth, good mouthfeel. Overall: Good Hefe.
