One of my favorite hoppy ales, it is not too strong but just right. I recommend it to people new to IPad.

Aromas of caramel, grapefruit, citrus and hops. Color is a bit light. Flavors match aroma, get a nice hoppy bitterness. However the flavor is not very complex, and does not really inspire.

This is a perfect everyday kinda beer. Has a great hop flavor, mild on the alcohol, hoppy enough to be intersting but not so hoppy that you couldn’t sit down on a nice day and have a six pack (which i did). and again they did such a great job of showcasing one specific hop (Cascade). I can see why this is considered their flagship beer.

From a bottle. Pours to a medium to fine head. Big piney and citrus hops aroma. Has a fairly clear light golden hue. Tongue tinglingly tart and bitter with a crisp finish that lingers a bit. Overall a great, highly drinkable pale ale.

Bottle from Madison TJ’s after waterparking at Wilderness in the Dells. Definitely a sessionanble APA if there ever was one. Nice pithy bitterness with some lingering bitterness. Not too over-the-top hoppy.

I am not a pale ale drinker by any stretch of the imagination, but Hopalicious is a beer that really has it all together. As the name insinuates, lovers of hops will enjoy this beer immensely, as the crisp Cascade Hops are the real highlight of this beer Overall a beautiful beer with great color and intricate lacing.

Pours hazy gold with white head.slightly weak floral and citrus aroma. Nice hop blend with lots of citrus and hits of floral and pine flavors. Good malt backbone of caramel that’s mostly overtaken by the citrus hops. Not overly bitter, very smooth. Great session APA. Could drink this stuff all night every night. Lots of Cascade goodness.
3.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 CLevar (373) - Minnesota, USA - MAR 17, 2013
Bottle brought back from Madison thanks to Chi! Thanks! Pour is a clear orange, with a nice white head that fades to pretty rocky lacing. Great looking beer. Aroma is light citrus, lots of bready malt, floral, light orange peel. Taste is really nice. More citrus peel, a nice backing of sweet-ish malt (verging on caramel), and finishing with more citrus. Marmalade is perhaps the most appropriate descriptor. Mouthfeel is light, carbonation is perhaps a bit low. Very unassuming, but VERY drinkable. Solid beer.

Tap. Gold pour with white lacing. Cirtus, grapefruit hops in aroma. Taste is a mild, non sharp bitterness. Decent body.
