3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 OKplus (560) - Oklahoma, USA - MAY 23, 2013
A - Pours a hazy orange, 1 finger white head forms a retaining collar with a few speck of lacing.
S - Dank grapefruit citrus aroma, bready yeast, light caramel and pale malts. Has a bit of a cotton candy aroma.
T - Creamy orange citrus, doughy bread, some lemon and pine come out with the slightly fruity malt and the breadyness turns slightly toasted. Finishes dry with some bitterness.
M - Soft carbonation, full body for the style.
Cascade is the star but doesn’t outshine a simple but tasty malt base. Very nice creamy feel with great carbonation. Wish this was available where I live.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 RefuseBeer (3) - Wisconsin, USA - MAY 5, 2013 does not count
One of my favorite hoppy ales, it is not too strong but just right. I recommend it to people new to IPad.
2.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20 fidemaster (219) - Naperville, Illinois, USA - MAY 4, 2013
Aromas of caramel, grapefruit, citrus and hops. Color is a bit light. Flavors match aroma, get a nice hoppy bitterness. However the flavor is not very complex, and does not really inspire.
5 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 20/20 timrappelton (10) - - APR 30, 2013
This is a perfect everyday kinda beer. Has a great hop flavor, mild on the alcohol, hoppy enough to be intersting but not so hoppy that you couldn’t sit down on a nice day and have a six pack (which i did). and again they did such a great job of showcasing one specific hop (Cascade). I can see why this is considered their flagship beer.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20 1pintatatime (10) - Madison, Wisconsin, USA - APR 5, 2013
From a bottle. Pours to a medium to fine head. Big piney and citrus hops aroma. Has a fairly clear light golden hue. Tongue tinglingly tart and bitter with a crisp finish that lingers a bit. Overall a great, highly drinkable pale ale.

Bottle from Madison TJ’s after waterparking at Wilderness in the Dells. Definitely a sessionanble APA if there ever was one. Nice pithy bitterness with some lingering bitterness. Not too over-the-top hoppy.
