12oz bottle. Very cloudy orange with medium slowly diminishing head that laces well. Citrus & floral aroma. Strange floral aftertaste, did I just eat the bouquet of flowers? Long bitter finish with grapefruit or something like it. You wouldn’t think it by the name, but this beer is very hoppy… decent but not stellar.

Lightly hazed bright orange pour with a staying off white cap. Plant oil aroma that evokes fresh chinook and a pile of floral, pollen-laden centennial flowers. Soapy lavender notes and other sharp herbs mingle with calcified water mineral tones. Citrus rinds round out the rather ordinary but entirely solid hop presentation.

The plant stem forward fresh hop sensation is also prevalent in the flavor. Dandelion, rose, nettles. High on bitterness that is defined by a raw, medicinal quality; lemon zest and fresh tarragon mitigate this with a fruity, bright sweetness. The fresh, clear hop flavor is winsome here, but the absence of balance is hard to ignore.

The light to medium body is somewhat under carbonated, exacerbating the soap and stinging plant oil qualities. The finish is green and lengthy. Quality effort here; just a bit raw ultimately.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy amber orange with a beige head and sweet citrusy, pine, caramel malt aroma. Taste is bittersweet, lots of hops, citrus, and pine with malt, caramel, and biscuit notes into the dry finish.

With Z, on the first football Sunday, pours a hazy rusty orange color with a small quickly dissipated head. Nose is bitter citrus with deep resin and pine. Taste is bitterly sweet, with citrus and some heavy resin and pine. Finishes on the same tasting notes with a moderately long bittersweet finish. Solid APA. Quaff Score 7 / 10

Smooth and lightly hoppy. Sweet caramel flavor with a slight citrus flavor. First time drinking this but I can tell you already not my last time. After just one I can say that this will make my list of regulars.

Solid straight forward PA. It could be packaged in any number of competitor bottles and one wouldn’t know the difference. Solid, stable but only worth drinking locally.

Strong flavor with a distinct hoppiness that stays strong through the full glass. Finishes bitter with citrus hints but lacks best-in-class depth to get a best-in-class score. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
