COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This nutbrown alte is velvety smooth with a rich caramel aroma. We blend seven different malts for just the right touch of sweetness and a creamy finish worth craving.

This is a great nutbrown, and my favorite from WI brewers. Not overly complex, but it always has a fresh, clean taste. Taste and smell is malty, with little hop bitterness.

Definitely love Ale Asylum. This is a great change of pace for them. Dark, clear pour. Not nutty in aroma, but nutty & earthy in taste. Great cold weather choice!

Bottle. Dark amber. Malty aroma. Sweet malt caramel flavor but could use a little more. Very smooth.

Bottle. Pour is dark brown, with thin mocha head. Aroma is nutty and caramel. Taste is roasted malt, mild nuttiness, some caramel sweetness. Not as robust as wanted.

Maybe infection or under attenuation. Super sweet and tangy mess not a fan of this.

12 oz bottle brought back from Wisconsin. Nice clear deep chestnut brown with a thin white ring. Big rich nutty malty aroma. Not too sweet but woody and malty and smooth. A little brown paper bag flavor at the end.

Bottle at Dean’s stickiest floor tasting. Pours a clear brown beer with almost no head on top. Aroma is full on caramel and malts with a faint roastiness in the background. Flavor is a bit funky sweet and has some red fruits in there. Sticky, oily mouthfeel with a short finish.
