(Draught) Pours a hazy body with a small white head. Aroma of grass, orange peel, apricot, banana, and light pepper. Flavor of pepper, orange peel, candi sugar, floral, and herbs.

A: The pour is a pale golden yellow color with a finger of white head. S: Quite sweet and heavy on the toffee and bread. A definite booziness as well as some apple cider. Some musty straw and maybe a bit of spice and yeast. T: A little bit of banana, bubblegum, and some bready malt. Heavy flavors of straw and apple (and apple cider). Some straw and a light mustiness. M: Medium bodied with medium carbonation. O: Not a very good tripel. Weird flavors and aromas.

pours an amazingly clear gold.. medium strength head, light spotty receipt lacing .. . pretty one dimensional, but still quite tasty.. . a filtered tripel, it seems to take some of the luster away from a fine product, needs more yeast and more complexity, BUT is quite amazing in that fact; smooth mouth, light, and a summers tripel.. hell, this would get you in so much trouble .. . an awesome tripel.. i really enjoyed its simplicity and layed back style.. . thanks john!! . .. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Istk6I24GJE

UPDATED: FEB 11, 2011 12oz bottle shared at the local HB club meeting. Clear lighter golden. color. Banana and light sweetness in the nose.. A pretty well fermented beer which actually makes the banana esters and sweetness a little overbearing in the flavor. Another too sweet American triple but light on body, too light. Make the body bigger and see where the beer goes.

On tap at the brewery. Pale gold color. Citrus, yeast, and some fairly noticeable hops. Flavor is pale malts, sweet, yeastiness, pear, citrus followed by watery bitterness. Some booze.

Sample at the brewpub on 10/16/10. Clear gold pour with a medium white head. Aroma of citrus, banana and honey. Banana and spice flavor with honey and a cloying syrupy sweet finish.

Bottle at Funky 6. Pours hazy gold with a slight, white head. Nice aroma with some banana, candy and yeast. Quite sweet with caramel, bread, yeast and more fruits. Medium in body with lively carbonation. Finishes sweet with mild spices and lingering bread and yeast. Very good.

On tap at brewery, pours clear yellow with very thin white head, aroma is not over powering but has nice sweet smell to it, you get a little bit of alcohol burn in the taste, alright.

Tasted 7/22/10. 12oz bottle. Filtered with a golden hue. Trace moldy layer and tight rin of bone white head. Initial aromas of cereal grains and faint berries. On the fuller side of medium bodied with a bright crisp citrus flavor. Honey and fruity Good complexity and palate Nice.

Bottle - Hazy yellow with a small white head that’s gone pretty quick. Melon, banana, and sugary notes on the nose, with a bit of yeast. Taste is syrupy, sweet, and fruity, with some definite heat. A little white pepper and clove on the finish, with a ton of melon. Syrupy and sticky, with lots of warming heat. I like the subtle spice, but a little too sticky, sweet, and hot for my tastes.

Bottle - a lot of banana and melon in the nose, along with some crackery malts and light yeast phenols, as well as some moderate alcohol presence - the flavor is very sweet, but some peppery character and herbal bitterness tries to balance this, with mixed results - it remains rather honey sweet regardless - honey and strong banana - mild pepper and alcohol - meh.
