COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Vibrant as a summer sun and über refreshing, our classic German Hefeweizen is soft on the palate with an effervescent finish.

12oz can, thanks to Chris R. Split with Amy S. Hazy sort of brighter yellow color. Thin ring of white head, some loose dots of lace. Nice bigger banana in the nose, but in the flavor there’s a surprising amount of citrus, really pleasant. Medium body. Smooth, kind of soft, lighter to moderate carbonation. Indeed, effervescent. For a 6% hefeweizen, it doesn’t drink to heavy, not overly sweet at all. Pleasant dry finish to it. Solid citrusy hefeweizen.

Unshadowed is a bananafest, if you like that sort of yeasty blast -- which I do when it’s done well. I enjoyed this pale and cloudy goodness on tap.

Hazy yellow, frothy white head, and mild head retention & lacing. Banana, wheat, mild spice, mild lemon aroma. Medium bodied, sweet malt notes, spices, mild salt, and citrus notes. Decent balance, tongue tingler front to back, and medium bitterness. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

From can into glass. Pale straw color with thick foamy white head. Light aroma of wheat, spices, bananna, and yeast. Taste is similar with light sweet and sourness. The wheat and yeast and spice stands out in the flavor. Nicely carbonated and fizzy with a light body. Very drinkable and refreshing. A good summer beer for sure, though I prefer it straight from the source rather than a can.

Cloudy yellow thin white head. Not much aroma. Light banana flavor with a drier finish.

12oz bottle. Pours murky golden with a foamy white head. Aroma is of spice, yeast, wheat, and slightly fruity. Taste is of wheat with a lot of spice. Very bready malt taste to it. There is also a ton of banana in this beer. Lingering taste of wheat and spice. Mouthfeel is very light but not watery. Body is light and refreshing. This beer drinks way easy. Definitely tasty and refreshing.

Cloudy, nice citrus. Definitely refreshing beer for summer. If you like Hoegaarden this is worth a try.

12 oz bottle pours a hazy yellow staw color with moderate fluffy white head and some lacing. Aroma is full of bananas, cloves, and yeasty bread. Taste is neither bitter nor sweet, with some of the spiciness lingering in the finish. Body is light to medium with active carbonation. This is an easily drinkable, totally refreshing Hefeweizen, which I hope to enjoy again.

Aroma: Wheat, Citrus, moderately yeasty aroma. Appearance: Hazy pale yellow. Poured with little head. Taste: Light bodied. Yeasty front end with a finish almost reminiscent of banana. Strongly carbonated throughout provides sensations of acidity. Would go nicely on a summer day with roasted chicken. :
