Draft. Straw colored beer with a whitish head. Mineral and malt aroma. Malt and grass flavor with light mineral notes. Medium bodied. Mineral and grass lingers with malt.

Growler from Ale Industries. (This was, I believe, described to me as being somewhat like both a Helles and a Czech Pils; definitely fell on the hoppier end of that spectrum). Pours a hazy straw color; creamy, fine-bubbled white head with solid lacing. Focused, toasty aroma with pleasant mineral and herbal hop character; balanced somewhere between a Helles and a Pils; crisp, engaging, with a Pils malt character that pops. Medium body; medium to medium-high carbonation. Lots of delicious toasty grains and reasonable amounts of balanced mineral and noble-y bitterness; nice mineral hop flavor, vibrant toastiness; hoppier than a Helles, and slightly softer on the palate than many Czech Pilseners (though closer to the latter0; tasty, hugely drinkable stuff. Lasting mineral bitterness in the finish, with lots of toastiness and crisp honeyed malts.
