Hazy deep yellow with a creamy white head. Citrus and a dry earthy straw aroma and taste.

Bistro DIPA Fest 2011. Pours a very hazed light golden- almost wit-like with a thinning head. Aroma is very tropical fruity- tons of pineapple, then grass, citrus, and a spicy dank weed with some lemon peel. Flavor is light cracker, yeast, dough, then grass, citrus, orange juice with hint of lime, pineapple, and a bit tacky in the finish, but overall, I thought this was pretty good actually.

Bistro’s IIPA Fest in hayward CA. pours a belgian wit like hazy yellow. average bitterness/hop presence. Citrusy hops are the show here, lemon. Average hops> OK

On tap at Bistro DIPA Fest poured a hazy gold with a small lingering off white head. Aromas of biscuit, earthiness, lemon and light pine. Palate was medium bodied and smooth with a dry finish. Flavors of biscuit, earthiness, chalk and light citrus with a smooth dry moderatly bitter finish.
