COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bliss is our summer seasonal. How can a beer so small taste so big? Some people say Bliss tastes like toasted almonds, on top of a country biscuit smothered in honey, we think it tastes like bliss.

On tap (3.8%) at the brewery. The brewer describes it as a Mild and not a Blond Ale. Pours with a clear amber hued body and a small white head. Aromas are toasty, malty, nutty, caramel, bready and lightly estery. Flavors are bitter, bready, and toasty. Malt dominant. Medium esters but clean otherwise.
