On tap at Taps in Petaluma for Ale Industries brewery pint night (as Orange Kush). Bright and floral, citrus without being overpowering. Lower alcohol and extremely drinkable, pairs wonderfully with spicy or heavier foods. I could drink several pints of this and be a very happy girl!

Warm golden-orange, slight haze, sweet aroma with neroli notes, other fruit esters - pear, significant non-descript bitter in the finish. Compact and without flaws, this is interesting.

Draft at apex. Hazy golden with dense small white head. Fresh baked white bread, touch of pepper, orange zest, vanilla, faint spice...clove and cinnamon mostly. Tight carbonation and a somewhat chewy/creamy body. White flour doughiness, dry pepper, light spice, touch of banana and orange, hint of pine and some sweat.

Cloudy yellow with heavy carbonation and huge white head. Aroma of grapefruit. Tastes like lemon peel with a hint of pepper. Hefeweizen like yeastiness but not as yeasty.

LOVE this beer. Recently I’ve been filling up 6 growlers a week at their tap room.

On tap (as Orange Kush) at Pi Bar, San Francisco, 5th March 2011. Hazy but glowing orange. Gentle zesty nose. Lightweight palate. Really doesn’t taste of much, a bit of a disappointment. Not objectionable but for the next pint I’d pick something with more flavour.

Bomber thanks to Jimmy. Pours hazy yellow with a huge fizzy overcarbonated head. Nose is fruity with a perfumery odor. Taste is much too spicy and perfumery for me with some yeasty notes. Thin body-this is just a taster for me.

A little too tea-y. Cloudy orange with thick head. Herby and orange aroma. Chamomile and coriander are most of the flavours. Uninspiring finish

On tap at the brewery (labeled as Orange Kush). Pours with a clear orange hued body and a small white head. Aromas of orange, tea, some spice and fruit notes, but clean (not very ester, which isn’t surprising as he actually uses WL007 on this). Flavors are clean, fruity, chamomile and quite bitter. Lively bubbles and very dry.

A hazed golden wit with a thin white head. In aroma, a rather chalky wit with orange and herbs, so-so. In mouth, a weird concoction with loads of orange blossom hoen, chamomile, a bit light but nice in the end. On tap at Oregon Brewer’s Fest, July 31 2011.
