COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Municipal IPA is an all-Crystal ale, giving it a floral aroma and slightly spicy flavor. Well-balanced and refreshing, it’s everything we think a good IPA should be."

Had it in tap on at Owen and Engine. Pours a soft orange hue with a thin white whisper of a head, not much of nothing of an aroma , with a better Tanguay above-average shitty taste. Eh, it will get you drunk.

On tap, poured into a shaker. The beer is clear and oily with an orange orange amber hue topped by a dense, white head that lightly laces the glass and has a moderate retention. The aromas are grassy with supporting orange zest notes and a light crust and caramel that starts mellow, but strengthens late. In the end, it settles on oranges, clove, and bread crust. The taste is a balanced bitter and sweet at levels slightly higher than medium. The beer is smooth and slick with a soft fuzz head and a medium caramel-honey body with supporting notes of citrus zest that finishes grassy and slight burnt with a cloying caramel and toast character that cleans up quickly to leave a clean resin and light orange aftertaste.

Golden yellow pour with a nice off-white head. Aroma is flora. If an aroma can be described as sticky- this one is just that. Taste is hop flavor- sticky, tasty during the whole drink. Well balanced, very flavorful 6.2% offering. Great lacing.

Bottle from Binny’s. Very well made IPA. Slightly hazy orange pour with a huge white head. Soft floral and melon aroma. Taste is sweet melon, floral - bold flavor notes with very soft bitterness. Easy on the tongue. Quite crushable. Nice brew.

A very solid IPA. Draft pint at Logan Theater. Ripe tropical melon with a bready backbone and floral notes. The hops are the star here, and this beer allows them to take control without leaving the beer unbalanced. At 6%+ this is very sessionable.
