Thanks to iNBe. Unintentionally had on a Sunday. Why certainly a decent hop presence it was scaled back accordingly to the reduced strength. Light but not watery, fresh hops, quite nice. Serving: Bottle

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
12 oz bottle poured into a high ball glass. Aromas of citrus and herbs are initially noted, then followed up by a light doughiness, dampness, and peaches. It pours a murky yellow orange topped by a medium thin, white foamy ring and sudsy island. A little bit of splotchy lace is left on the glass. The taste is a well banan medium light sweet and medium light bitter. The texture is thin with a light body and lots of fizzy carbonation. Honey, citrus, and herbs come through on the palate. It’s clean, crisp, and dry with spice on the finish that sticks to the palate a bit in the aftertaste.

12 loose single at Binny’s. Finally getting to sample an Ale Syndicate brew. This pours a pale lager color under a meringue head. Nose in the glass does not offer much in the way of hops, just a light malty beer nose, but not sugary like the pale lager it resembles. I finally get a nose of one of the 3C’s when I tip it to drink, and there is a light mouthfeel with a mellow dose of hops. It almost comes across as a bit watery, bit it goes down pretty quickly, and leaves a sizable piece of its foam behind. A decent lighter beer with its own ideas for how hoppy to be.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
12oz bottle. Hazy orange unfiltered body. Lots of carbonation bubbles rising to meet am even, foamy, off-white head. The aroma is light and subdued, some dry grassy hops maybe. This would be pretty good if it was just their house light Golden Ale, It doesn’t have enough hop definition to be an IPA of any sorts. Has a grassy, yeasty feel, not unlike a wheat at times. Not a horrible beer, just a weak representation of the style.

[Bottle] Dark golden/light amber pour with a distinct haze to it. Lots of soapy foam and good looking lacing on the glass. Nose solidly features floral hops, grass and lighter citrus notes. Taste follows the aroma pretty closely with more grapefruit, clean malts and pleasant lemongrass hints. Tons of flavor and balance for a lower alcohol beer. Really impressed by this beer.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Mild aroma of hops, notes of pine. Pale orange color with a white head that settles quickly. Light sweet malt up front, very light. Light peppery hop flavor melds in ..but is light also. Finsihes with a very mild bitterness. Watery on the palate. Take the session a little to the extreme....a little more flavor/bite is needed. Mehhh.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
This pours clear golden with a thin white head. It’s nice and dry w/ a good array of citric hops. Carbonation reminds me quite a lot of a good pilsner. It is vigorous but fine and lends a certain lightness and drinkability. This is definitely a hop-centric brew but balanced after a fashion and not overly bitter at all. This really nails what it was going for in my opinion and is one of the better lower gravity pale ales.
