6.4%. A reddish brown ale with a thin brown head. In aroma, nice fruity malt with light Gueuze character, light lactic notes, agave nectar? In mouth, a sweet fruity caramel malt with light cinnamon, light candy sugar, interesting. On tap at Fiebre de Malta.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
My Bottom Line:
Agave and smoked malts evolve within a whipped cream-like mouthfeel until light acidity and candy-like sugars add to the puzzle.
Further Personal Perceptions:
-A super creamy head of foam tops the dark ruby.
-The smoky toastiness is not entirely harmonious with the rest of the flavor profile.
-This tastes like there are lots of added sugars in the brew.
-This brewery produces memorable offerings.
On tap at Fiebre de Malta, Mexico City.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Draught at Fiebre de Malta, Mexico City. Clear bronze colour, mid sized head. Interesting bubblegum aroma. Mid sweet with medium body and soft mothfeel. Richly malty with strawberry esters, bread and blueberry jam. Low bitterness. Peculiar, but well made and tasty.
