Radekfest 2012 – bottle 500 ml
Aroma clean fresh citrus. Good clean hop character with backing malty sweetness. Fresh and true American IPA nose.7+
Appearance hazed amber with bright white snowy cap. Ring of lace on glass wall.
Flavor and Palate : Citrus sided bitterness. Clean character with softer finish. Good ,proper to the style. Very refreshing in hot summer days. Bold but not rough. Best IPA in Poland ?

Pomarańczowy kolor, piana kozak. No i zapach kozak również. Cytrusy, bo jakżeby inaczej. Przyzwoita goryczka, może trochę zalega. Świetna pijalność. Zdecydowanie moje ulubione IPA z polskiego browaru, przynajmniej na teraz.

4.7 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 19/20
Beautiful, strong and hoppy aroma, mostly tropical fruits (grapefruit, mango) and some resinous notes. Pale, cloudy with lasting, stiff, foamy head that didn’t dissappear untill last sip. Finish is very bitter - but that’s why we love IPAs, isn’t it? Summing up - it’s really good (A)IPA. Definitely one of the best polish beers.

4.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
AROMA: gentle, tropical fruits/malt, later mainly grapefruit;
APPEARANCE: dark gold / bright amber, notably hazy, unpleasant suspension near the bottom of the bottle, moderate medium-bubble rocky head, nice lacing;
TASTE: rather heavy bitter, considerable malt counter, notes of grapefruit;
PALATE: medium body, low carbonation, bitter is short, finish is really gentle, malt with little bitter;
OVERALL: very well balanced, can be easily drunk in significant amount, I would never guess it has 70 IBU.

My favourite beer. Pours orange-golden, hazy, with nice long head, good lacing. Aroma is citrus and great big pine, resin. Taste is refreshing, citrus, good bitterness, quite big and long, with some caramel malty backbone. Low carbonation, medium body, very drinkable, very good, one of the best Polish beers
