Keg at Bow Bar. It pours hazy gold with a decent white head. The nose is toasted grain, lemon meringue pie, soft fruits and floral notes. The taste is crisp, bitter, lemon peel, pithy, minerals and some florals and grainy with a dry finish. Crisp and refreshing. Quite like this on keg.

[ As Alechemy Bowhemia Pale ].
Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate hoppy, fruity hops, light citrus, vomit notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, fruity, grassy, malty, silage. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat.

Cask at The Bow Bar, Edinburgh. Pours pale gold with a white head. Light maltiness, lightly cakey. Light body, mild carbonation. Some orange, light sponge cake, a little grapefruit... Nice enough.

Cask at Bow Bar, Edinburgh on 19 May. Poured a clear light-mid golden colour, with a rocky white head. Aroma of pils malt, tropical fruit and floral hops. Bready malt flavours, mixed with peach and grassy hop. Finish was resin, dried fruit and chewy grain. Pretty by-the-books, but well polished.

(draught) pours a slightly hazy pale golden colour with a frothy white head. aroma of citrus fruit, banana and pale malts, heavy ribena, some sugar icing and floral hops. flavour is more blackcurrant and heavy spruce, with a hint of yeast, some banana, a light tartness and a medium-bitter finish. medium-bodied with soft carbonation.

Cask at Bow Bar. Clear pale golden body with a thin white head. Nice lacing. Aroma of dirt, straw and lemon. Flavour of Rich Tea biscuit, earth and a dry citrus finish. Thin body with a watery mouthfeel. Light carbonation prickle. A decent session beer but not the most interesting or flavoursome.

On handpump at Cloisters, Edinburgh, Saturday 15th March Crystal clear gold with a sticky white head, juicy and pithy citrus with lemon mostly. Nose isn’t up too much in facts it doesn’t really hint at what is to come which is a very decent beer. A6 A5 T8 P4 Ov14 3.7
