Clear, red-amber beer, white head, Rich smell of rye and caramel. Flavour has both of those too, though it’s quite light and crisp. Some spiciness which lingers a bit, a bit of light, grassy citrus. Refreshing feel to it. A really nice, very drinkable beer.

Bottle. Pours a clear amber body with a medium creamy off-white head. Nose is caramel, rye, grains, biscuits and hints of vanilla and bread crust. Taste is rye, caramel, grains, bitter herbs and hints of burnt sugar, bread crust and wet grass. Medium to light body, medium carbonation. Nice rye ale with a lot of rye punch going on, tasty stuff.

Lovely bronze colour with minimal white head. This smells of sweet caramel malt, some gingerbread spice, rye bread, with some fruit in the background. Taste is initially sweet, with burnt orange and a touch of roughness from the rye. Finish is a little weak and watery, some mild bitterness is evident.

33 cl bottle.
Pours clear dark copper-mahogany color with a large frothy head. Quite an interesting aroma, almost christmasy with all the spices, mild pumpkin notes even, some rye is there, caramel malts and orange, some hops too. Very spicy flavor too, luckily there’s enough body to back them up, grainy, oaty flavor, some caramel malts again and sweet fruits, mild resin too. A bit bready and biscuity on the aftertaste. Almost creamy malty palate, soft carbonation, sweetish finish. Not at all what I was expecting, actually quite tasty.

Bottled. Ambery orange colour with a mediumsized off-white head, that leaves some lace. Aroma is sweet malts, some caramel, mild floral and grassy hops along with some citrus as well. Flavour is some rye, quite zesty along with some floral, grassy and wooden notes and also has a quite nice bready and somewhat sweet malty body to it. Mild toasted notes in the finish as well.
