Cask Handpump at the Fat Cat, Sheffield 18/04/2009 Some smoked aroma. Golden coloured fruity and a little sour with a slightly dry and bitter smoked malt finish.

Clear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, fruity, smoke - peat - rubber, light hoppy, citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20090417]
