   AROMA 7/10   APPEARANCE 3/5   TASTE 8/10   PALATE 4/5   OVERALL 14/20
Countbeer (4071) - Best of E-Town mit ein Brauhaus, NETHERLANDS - MAR 7, 2014
Bottle: Served in a Chouffe glass: Gusher. Loads of foam with a slowly revealing hazy yellow/orange colored beer. Aroma is a yeast bomb, some fruit like apriot, some glue, hint of flowers, some dust with a slight hint of meal. Flavours of yeast, herbs, hay, bitters, some fruits, some cardboard, hijt of older flowers, some grass and grains. Aftertaste is bitter, yeasty, grainy, mealy and some old flowers. Medium carbo, creamy light spiced mouthfeel, good medium bodied and a creamy texture. Not bad, specially with the ABV, but here an there it’s a bit out of shape. Overall very decent!

Fra flaske på Alehouse, Riga 8 Okt 13 i selskap med hyggelige kollegaer fra jobben. Lys aprikosfarget. Høyt luftig skum som varer en stund. Veldig uklar. Aromanen er litt citrus & litt gjær. Smaken litt tynn - men innholdsrik. I tråd med aromaen med tillegg av ytterligere frukt.

330ml bottle kindly shared by Elisabeth and Stefan. Gushing bottle. Rocky, white foamy head over a cloudy golden body. Moderate lacing. Citrus with yeasty hints on the nose. Candied fruity taste with yeasty hints beneath. Sweet fruity ending, semi dry. Rather thin bodied. Just alright without further excitements (Tromsø 09.01.2014).

PotjeBier (1438) - Amsterdam, NETHERLANDS - DEC 29, 2013
33 cl bottle @ home. Golden blonde color, slightly hazy. White head with small layer retention. Aroma’s: sweet spices, caramel, sweet & sour fruits, a bit straw/hay. Retronasal there’s hardly any of the sweetness, but there is fruits & straw/hay. Flavor is slightly bitter & sweet with some fruity sourness. Light bodied. Finishes with moderate bitterness. Pretty authentic saison actually. Nice
