Flesje gekocht bij Alehouse cafť restaurant annex biershop in Riga. Bleekgele kleur, schuimige plakkraag. Ziet er goed uit. Ruikt naar mout, vaag sinaasappel, gistig, beetje muffig. Smaakt vrij bitter, vaag citrusfruit, niet heel veel body. Doet me niet direct aan een saison denken qua smaak.

330 bottle from ALEhouse. I open the bottle and some foam gushes out. Not too much, so I solve this when I pour the beer out. It is hazy, darker and dirtier shade of yellow. Foam top is nice and subdues in a while. Aroma has some yeast but is also quite fruity and a bit peppery. One sip of this fills my palate with thick and peppery goodness. Feels actually much heavier than this 4,5% I can see on the label. Aftertaste is bitter and peppery, lasts long. Nice one.

Bottle. A slow gusher producing a hazy golden body and a dense, finger-thick off-white head. The aroma is fruity, with a touch of hay and grass, and some white sugar and yeast. Itís quite fruity on the palate, effervescent and still soft. Medium body and quite dry. Some peppery hints, a good bitterness and a tad much sweetness in the flavor. Lasting fruity finish which is quite dry. Not bad this one, not at all, but itís too much on the Belgian blond side. 140927

Slow gushing.. Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, yeast, sugar, pepper and some fruitiness. Taste is light sweet and light bitter with a long yeasty and pepper finish. Body is light to medium, texture is thin to oily, overcarbonated.

Bottle expired december 2012. Aroma of hay, citrus fruits, spicy yeast, orange peel. Flavour is mild tartness, fruity and yeasty, with a little bitterness in the aftertaste. Body is a bit on the thin side. Will try a fresher bottle when I get the chance.

Yellow, cloudy, white head. Fruity smell - citrus.. Taste is also fruity, with spices. Id say, very ballanced with aroma. Good beer for summer! I like it!

Countbeer (4974) - Best of E-Town mit ein Brauhaus, NETHERLANDS - MAR 7, 2014
Bottle: Served in a Chouffe glass: Gusher. Loads of foam with a slowly revealing hazy yellow/orange colored beer. Aroma is a yeast bomb, some fruit like apriot, some glue, hint of flowers, some dust with a slight hint of meal. Flavours of yeast, herbs, hay, bitters, some fruits, some cardboard, hijt of older flowers, some grass and grains. Aftertaste is bitter, yeasty, grainy, mealy and some old flowers. Medium carbo, creamy light spiced mouthfeel, good medium bodied and a creamy texture. Not bad, specially with the ABV, but here an there itís a bit out of shape. Overall very decent!
