Cask-conditioned at the Mermaid, St Albans 15/06/09. Clear gold in colour with a slight white head. Aroma of tropical fruits with a hint of menthol herbiness. Flavour had plenty of passion fruit with a woody, green edge and a long dry finish. Different and good.
