Gravity Cask at the Mermaid, St Albans, England on 7th November 2009. Pale gold with disappearing white head. Exquisitely hoppy and dry with grass and grapefruit notes. The flavour of an APA encapsulated in the miniature envelope of a 3.8% session ale. A smooth mouthfeel. Superb.
