Pours hazy pale yellow with white medium head, min lacing. On nose it comes fruity-hoppy, tones of plums, citrus, herbal hops, less malt sweetness. Aroma becomes less intense with every sap. Taste I like the most. Gentle sweet, malty, well balanced bitter from hopping within flavor. Medium body, soft carbonation, slicky texture. Nice brew. Min sour in flavor but that does not ruin flavor - more improve.

Hazy pale golden with thin white head. Lacing. Aroma.. mostly citrus hoppy, quite yeasty, kinda spicy Moderate sweet with minimal sourness. Noticeable bitter finish. Nicely balanced good thirst quencher. Not very complex, but really sunny beer

Cloudy amber with medium foam cap. Sweet, sour, hoppy and yesty taste with rich palette. Tried also version from tap - less soure, which makes taste more teneder and allow feeling more nuances in the taste.

Draught @ ALEhouse. Very drinkable refreshing beer with nice floral notes. Good for hot summer time.

33cl bottle, bottled 05-12-2012 unless it is BB date but my Latvian sucks. Dorée-paille sur un léger trouble, col blanc. Arôme de grains, léger houblon sur pointe citrique, bouquet houblon fleuri est dominant avec ce côté grains typique qui me fait penser à une saison de Blaugies. Palais est sec et rustique reprenant une inspiration typique belge (peut être l’influence DeMolen) avec au palais un malté tirant vers le pils. Houblonné fleuri toujours sec en fin de bouche. Profil grains est présent sans être de trop. La bière conserve une certaine amertume tout au long de la dégustation, cette dernière est ponctuée par une effervescence moyenne qui fait ressortir ce fini sec et grains. Légère et facile à boire, bonne pour un temps printanier.

Bottle@Home. Sparkling, hoppy, resfreshing, citrus, flavourful. Very nice Saison actually. More or less how a Saison should taste like in my opinion. Maybe a bit extra body and ABV would make it perfect.

Bottle. Blonde, hazy. Grassy hops and lemon in the aroma. Thinnish and tart citric hopbitter flavor. Grassy finish. Refreshing and tasty. How sour will this one get in the upcoming months??

Bottle shared at De Molen tasting. Pours clear golden with a white head. Yeasty aroma with some fruitiyness and funk. Taste is also yeasty with some malt and a hint of sourness. Quite a nice saison although I miss something citric.

Bottle, brand new. Pours a light hazy, golden beer with a small white head. Aroma is very yeasty, little spices. Flavor is moderately sweet, again based on yeasty esters. Some bready notes, even light sour influences. Very nice in balance.

Bottle @ 2nd tuesday tasting. Aroma is peppery yeast, some fruity notes. Flavour is big pepper, spices and some malt, dry. Nice one.
