Head: white, smallish, soapy, poor retention. Colour: yellow, clear. Aroma: hops and malt sweetness (minty lollipop), some late bready/doughy maltiness too. Taste: moderate malt sweetness, a bit of hop bitterness, CO2. A clean and crisp helle-like lager, no off-flavours. Quite up to german standards.
