1.7 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 5/20 SilkTork (4736) - Rochester, Kent, United Kingdom, - JUN 26, 2009
500ml bottle from Beers of Europe. Very pale gold. Medicinal quality - echoes of wheat beer. Some sulpher in the nose. Quite soft. Malt lacks distinction and backbone, and the hops lack character and flavour. Undistinguished lager with some odd flavours that are not exactly unpleasant, but are less than attractive to my taste.
