Commercial Description:
Bright copper color, sparkling clarity, and good foam retention when properly served. Appealing Brussels lace. Deep toasty/caramelly malt balanced by spicy/fruity hop flavors accented by fruit esters resulting from fermentation with a championship yeast strain. The aroma is subtle and reflects the flavor with malt, hop and fruit (ester)/fermentation characteristics. Smooth, medium-bodied. Easy drinking with no harsh or astringent sensations.

22 oz bottle. Clear orange brown with a creamy beige head. Nose is strawberry jam with a hint of cocoa. Very crisp medium light with sharp suds. Starts with bitter mandarin orange, apple and club soda. Finishes dry with cedar, pith and menthol. Seems a bit brash for a Bitter but pretty good. Carb level could be toned down.

22 oz bottle. Not my favorite style of beer, but I just was not impressed. Toasted caramel malt and fruity flavor. A bit watered down with a metallic aftertaste. However, it pours a beautiful clear mahogany color.

Light mahogany with a crazy creamy head. Delicate fruity strawberry head. Seriously. Fresh strawberry in the first sip, what the hell? Second sip too. Say what you will, this is my experience. Fruity throughout with a earthy malt finish. But where’s the bitterness? Very good beer and I really enjoyed it, but more as an amber and less as an ESB.

aroma of caramel and toffee, spice, and a touch of marmalade. Excellent carbonation and mouthfeel. Toasted bread-crusts, with a gentle bitterness and a hint of hop flavour. Seriously chewy malt flavour - if you were being kind iit’s voluptuous.

22 ounce bottle from Smokepot23. Pours bright copper with a lasting tan head. The nose is plenty of toasty and bready malt, and berry esters. Flavorful bready malts with a bit of herbal hops. Medium body with a dry finish. Tasty beer.

Bottle... Poured deep amber with a thick off-white head. Spiced, fruity and candy-sweet aroma. Lots of carbonation with fruity ester flavors and smooth malt flavors with a mild hop presence. A great ale.
