On tap at AleSmith Brewery for SDBW: Bronze amber color with a small off-white head. Light grain aroma. Flavor is toffee and light caramel with a hint of fruitiness and a hint of bitterness in the finish. Light body is smooth with light-moderate carbonation.

Great session beer! Sweet and malty with a slight biscuity note and the perfect hint of hops. I drank the hell out of this beer while it was on tap at the brewery.

Tap at Alesmith. It pours clear amber, with a thick off-white head. The nose is grass, leaf, floral, leather and wood. The taste is floral, leaf, caramel, wood, leather and chewy malt, with a long, dry finish. Light-medium body and soft carbonation. Really good for the style.

Tap at the brewery. Clear tea with a creamy one finger beige head, good retention. Aroma of toasty malts, light biscuits and some nuts. Flavor follows suit, light fruity yeast. Minimal sweetness, dry finish with bitterness at a 3. Light to moderate carbonation. Good, and the ABV is nice.

On tap at AleSmith. Dark amber in color with a one-finger light khaki head. The aroma is nice with toast and caramel along with some fruity hop notes. The flavor has a bready and caramel malt base, slightly sweet, balanced by citrusy hops. Medium-light body with a crisp mouthfeel and good carbonation level. A great session ale from one of the better smiths of ales out there.
