Big roasted malt/coffee flavors. Very rich and smooth. Decent bitterness. Burnt coffee finish. A hint of alcohol in the finish. Very smooth and drinkable. Tastes like an impy stout to me. Alesmith has always done well with English/American ales and this one is no exception. It is one of the better porters I’ve had in a long time. Dark brown almost stoutish in color. Smooth well integrated flavors of chocolate and roast(mostly). Light on sweetness, a bit dry(alcohol) on the finish. egajdzis (3645), Spring Mount, Pennsylvania, USA

Medium to full body with a dry smooth texture. Heavy Belgian chocolatte bittersweet flavor with a medium to heavy bittersweet finish of long duration.
