COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Halloween is time for our annual Evil Dead Red specialty brew (available on draft only). Vivid mahogany color, good head formation and retention. Rich, chewy, toasty, malty flavors perfectly balanced by a moderate hoppy bitterness. The aroma starts with a pleasant hop aroma followed by a nice malty sweetness. Well-rounded and well-balanced. Smooth, medium-bodied. Lush and rich on the palate with a semi-dry finish

On tap at the 07 Speedway BA Release. Lots of growlers being filled up. I can see why, it was a stunning brew. Rich amber color, nice hop, malt, floral deep aroma. Very balanced, no alc noticable. Very easy drinker. Complex, for some reason it seemed like Pliny meets YuleSmith. Thus very high quality. Keg only, hope to see it around town very soon!

UPDATED: SEP 20, 2009 Growler fill from the brewery. Deep almost opaque golden mahogany. Wonderful hop aroma. Starts good with a malty sweetness then bitters from hops fill the mouth with some pine hints and a slight alcohol flavor.. Ends with a long dry finish. Very good beer, warming and tasty!

Growler from the brewery. Deep red-brown color, with a good-sized light head. Complex flavors of hops, malt, and citrus. Taste fades away smoothly, changing into a bit of a sharp bite at the end. Very nice ale.
