Amber color with a resilient head. Aroma is citrus & pine, flavor ads some mature stone fruit & spice. The aftertaste is slightly bitter, but all in all, thus is one fine IPA

I had wanted to rate this as my 100th IPA a threshold I crossed about 2 1/2 years ago... I decided Golden Nugget was worthy of that benchmark at the time. So 100 IPA rates later, Alesmith IPA get’s to be my 200th
Pours a hazy golden with a big head and nice lacing on the glass.
The aroma is hoppy, and with a nice multi dimensional hop character, it’s leafy, fruity, with light floral notes. Altogether juicy, pungent and inviting.
The flavor is lost of fruit forward hoppiness, plenty of juicy character, good citrus & fruit rind. The bitterness is at a moderate level and is very satisfying. The beer is dry without being bone dry or without some light sticky maltiness in the background. The finish is nice and dry though.
Pretty nicely put together beer.

22oz bottle pours clear dark golden orange with big 2 finger head. Nose is fruity citrus, clementine, orange rind. Mouthfeel is smooth, some maltiness, medium bodied. Taste is orange, peach, pineapple, Juicy Fruit gum. Finish is a layer of tropical fruity notes over balanced mild grassy bitterness. Awesome.

A little hazy, dark gold color. Nice soapy head.
Sweet tropical aroma, beautiful mango and pineapple.
Decent amount of carbonation. Much mire bitter on the palate than the nose would suggest. Pretty dry with effervescence lingering. More vegetable hop qualities on the back end. Goes down easy.

Amazing beer. Sharp, crisp first drink with slap yo mama hops and pine then smooth, refreshing finish. Malt? We don’t need no stinking malt!! Amazingly light for an IPA. Definite must try.

The gold standard for IPA's. Very light and hoppy. It is my go to IPA for people looking to branch out.

Botella 65 cl. en el Lúpulo Feroz. Agradable olor a malta y cítricos. Cerveza de color ambar con una espuma muy persistente, densidad media. Sabor duradero a lúpulo y cítricos frescos.

UPDATED: OCT 27, 2013 Botella 65cl. en el Lupulo Feroz. Increible olor a lúpulo y gran sabor aunque un poco mas suave de lo esperado, es una de mis IPAs preferidas. Casi un 10

Bottle. Pours clear pale orange with a rocky to creamy head that leaves fantastic lacing. Aroma is grapefruit, grass, caramel. Medium sweet, lightly bitter, hop forward with solidly aromatic fruitiness. Medium body, creamy texture, soft carbonation with a clean bitter and sweet finish. Beautifully balanced. Yummy!

Bomber pours a clear copper with a huge off-white head. Aroma of citrus, slight resin, hop spice, caramel malt, and yes a hint of vanilla. Taste is an up front mild bitterness with citrus and pine, caramel malt bread in the middle and finishing bitter and dry. A very nice well rounded IPA! Even better at the price.
