Draft at Alesmith with the guys. Golden color with lasting head. Taste is most prominently banana. Some minor hop character comes through, but overall mostly a thin beer.

On tap at Alesmith with Andy, James and Dallas for Dallas’ bachelor weekend. Wheat-colored pour with very small head. Persistent carbonation. Bocky aroma and dry banana/fruit palate with banana aftertaste that rises prominently to the nose.

Draft at Alesmith tasting room with Andrew, Brendan and the big boy daddy dad Bachelor, Dallas. Pours a hazy orange body with thick white lacing. Aroma is full of banana, spice, and clove. Mouthfeel is medium with crisp flavors of banana and clove.

On tap at the brewery with the bros for dallas’ bachelor party. Banana and clove, the weizen bock of Belgian ales. Candi sugar finish... Medium dryness.

On tap at the brewery, served in a tasting glass. Pours hazy straw with a medium dense, off-white head. The head fades slowly and leaves a small amount of lace. The nose has notes of coriander and orange peel, along with pale malts, fruit and Belgian yeast. The flavour is balanced, moderately bitter and sweet with spice and orange peel. The finish is long and moderately spicy. On the palate, it is light-medium in body with a smooth, watery texture and soft carbonation. Overall, this is a nice summery, light Belgian style spicy ale. 2011-06-05

tap at Alesmith-pours light hazy orange with a small soapy white head nose of sweet grains lite corriander flavors are grainy sweet lite spice with some lingering spicy bitterness. a lovely sessionable belgian beer here. long sweet grainy finish crisp and very nice. I wish this was available everywhere !

Pours gold with a white head. The aroma is orange with coriander, yeast, a touch of banana and candy. The flavor is light and yeasty with coriander spice, fruit, and a hint of soap in the finish.
