COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This unfiltered Belgian-Style Pale Ale pours a hazy gold with a creamy white head. Ground coriander seeds and two kinds of orange peel added to the kettle contribute pleasant citrus notes to its Belgian fermentation character. Lil’ Devil’s light body and effervescent finish make for a refreshing beer that will have you coming back for more.

On tap @ the brewery. Pours slightly cloudy golden yellow with medium head. Aroma is moderately sweet Belgian yeast. Taste is crisp pale malt with mildly funky earthy yeasty notes on the finish. Way more drinkable than Horny Devil, with a bunch if the same flavor notes. Much less sweet, which is expected.

Golden. Fruity and spicy yeast aroma. Lightly spicy and malty flavour, and a dry taste with low bitterness. Light body. Overall, a decent belgian pale ale. I am afraid some of its qualities are lost on me - probably because it is too dry for my preferences.

12 oz bottle: Taste has got a wonderful upfront yeast characteristic with banana and clove intermingled and a decent hop backing. Appearance is a lightly cloudy yellowish/orange with a medium white head that lingers. Aroma has got the classic Belgian yeast, fruity, and a bit of spice. Palate is medium carbonation with a lingering fruity aftertaste. Overall, Good stuff. I would get it again. Cheers!

Golden pour, little haze, quick white head. Nose is melons and hay. Bittersweet. Middle is soft bread, cantaloupe, and honeydew. Finish dries some, bit still leaves sweet.

Big flavors of a triple with low abv. Very impressive flavor, some of the Belgian singles fall flat.

12oz bottle. Wow. This is the first American Belgian Pale Ale I’ve had that tastes remotely like a Belgian Pale Ale aka De Koninck. Pleasant, doughy medium body. Light caramel notes. Subdued hop and yeast notes. This is really quite an excellent beer. Well done.

Yeast and coriander in smell. The taste is fruity, easy coriander and yeast. Maybe a little too watery. OK bitterness which fills the upper part of the mouth a weak moment. Perfectly okay to drink. Not so good but not bad either. Follow me @ Kung av öl @ Facebook for more pictures and ratings.

bottle @ Belmont Party Supply / Lexington KY --- Aroma of malt and hops. Hazy medium amber color, bright white head that drops to a cover, curtain of lace. Taste is malt with light caramel that moves to light carbonation, then to light hops before a long finish that sees the return of malt. Well-balanced, complex, yet light in body. I will seek it again.

pours golden color, slightly clear, with lasting foamy white/ off-white head. Visually medium carbonation. Aroma: spicy, peppery, slightly citursy hop aroma, supporten with gentle note of coriander, peel, toffee. Very similar are flavors, with dominant hop notes, which takes on citruses, spices, pepper, orange peel, which supports malt backbone. Malt flavors takes on bread, there is also note of honey, hint of toffee. -Finish is slightly dry, spicy, peppery bitter. Body is medium, carbonation also, texture is soft.
