On tap at the brewery... Sparkling clear, yellow ale with a small, creamy, white head. Good retention and good lacing. The aroma delivers notes of coriander, lemon, overripe apple and peach. Well-balanced flavor with lemon and spice. Medium-bodied with an oily mouthfeel and soft carbonation. Short, spicy, dry finish.

Hazy yellow-golden pour. The nose has a fairly pronounced nose of banana and clove. A little bit of soft wheatiness. It comes across initially as quite hefeweizen-like. A fresh light pale Belgian malt base. A little bit of soft apricot on the back as well as some lightly peppery alcohol towards the finish. I really want to like this and I do, but the yeast seems to have completely taken the beer over.
