COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Don’t spend this Single Awareness Day alone – grab a beer! This red-blooded cousin of Evil Dead Red Ale, our Halloween Brew, is a beautiful crimson color. Notes of caramel, toast, and bittersweet chocolate balance an intense bouquet of floral hop aromas that we know you’ll fall in love with. The finish leaves a pleasant, full-bodied sweetness on the palate that won’t spread angry rumors about you to all your friends like that one time when I was…ohh…uhh…Happy Valentine’s Day!

ours a dark reddish amber with a nice three finger off white head with a ton of lacing. Aroma is very nice and is of pine resin, citrus, floral hops toasted malts, caramel, toffee, brown sugar, and some nuts. Taste is of pine, citrus, sweet toasted malts, caramel, and some brown sugar. Has a medium body with a smooth, semi creamy mouthfeel and a semi bitter, slightly warming, well balanced finish. overall, tasty and well balanced amber ale that is now my new favorite for the style.

appearance: dark cola brown, purplish highlights, fizzy and scant beige head. aroma: caramel and brown sugar--almost treacly--with some raisin, cherry, leather, and chocolate, some citrusy notes in the background, like candied orange peel. taste: sweet caramel, brown sugar, and molasses, with an undertone of milk chocolate, cherry, vanilla, and a current of citrus and a hint of pine. finish: slightly chewy, lingering sweetness, nice note of brown toast. notes: Probably the fullest, sweetest I’ve had in the style. Not bad at all.

22oz bottle, Bought by my daughter for her husband, drank on 12th May 2016 by my son and I on my daughters patio in the Californian sunshine. Rustic red/brown with a thin head. No mention of Rye on the bottle, but I thought this had a Rye like aroma and taste. Fairly sweet from the off with dark/red berries in both the nose and flavours along with the malts, Rye or not.

Bottle thanks to Amanda. Appearance - deep amber brown when a decent head. Nose - stewed redcurrants. Honey and cereal. Taste - cake mixture and more tangy red fruit. Palate - close to medium bodied with a tangy texture and a long dry tangy finish. Overall - really interesting beer.

Dark red ale. Interesting front taste. Almost tastes like a chocolate orange. Somewhat like a porter. Kind of thick texture but smooth. Fluffy aftertaste. Strange mintiness
