COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our 2013 Great American Beer Festival gold-medal winner, Old Numbskull, has been aging in premium Brandy barrels for the past year to develop its rich and intense flavor profile. The result is an amazingly complex beer that balances the caramel and toasted malt character of Old Numbskull with notes of plum, honey, and oak from the barrel aging process.

Bottle @ ZZT X, courtesy of Benzai. Pours a clear reddish beer with a small off white head on top. Aroma has massive alcoholic, loads of sugar, malts, Brandy characters are fading a bit to the background, in both aroma and flavor. Flavor is very sweet, typical American barley wine influences, loads of sugar and barrel characters. Aftertaste is also very sweet, light carbonation. Very good stuff!!
