(En fût au Alesmith Observation Room pendant le Speedway Grand Prix 2015): Touche de pistache vraiment plaisante, claire et sèche qui fonctionne très bien avec le profil de la Speedway.

Draught at Alesmith Observation Room during Speedway Grand Prix 2015’ day 1. Opaque black beer with a beautiful lasting beige/brownish head. Roasted chocolate and coffee aroma, caramel, nice pistachio showing, hazel nuts, cream, vanilla, licorice, raisins, cacao nibs, some biscuits. Roasted chocolate flavor, pistachio, hazelnuts, cream, raisins, warming alcohol, coffee, some licorice. Full bodied, I really like this one.

Draft at night off a million zillion speedways 2012 at obriens. Standard black pour, with thin tan head. Coffee, chocolate, sweetness, roasted malt, and mild nutty character, which was a bit abrasive and rough. Some of the speedways were great, others (like this one) were sub par, but still a good stout.

Tap at O’Brien’s for Night of a Million Zillion Speedways. Pours ink with minimal red foam. Subtle nose, almost nothing detectable besides the normal Speedway dairy, coffee, spice. Taste is spicy, but rough and gritty. Pistachio doesn’t come through in a noticeable way. Don’t think this one turned out as planned.
