Pours a clear yellow/golden color with a thick white head...lively...good retention and lacing. Aroma has light citrusy hops...tea notes...with slightly sweet pils malt backing. Flavor has pils malt and mildly spicy/earthy hops. Mouthfeel is light and lively and the finish is earthy with slight bitterness.

Bomber. A good crisp American Pale Ale. Mild hoppy bitterness and citrus.
Well balanced brew. A bit over carbinated. Light bitter finish. Tasty.

Clear golden with a smaller white head leaves marginal lacing... Big citrus and stone fruit aroma some mango citrus over a light pale malt very nice moderately aromatic aroma.... Toasty lightly malty flavor citrus doesn’t show up... Stone fruit flavors show up but the malts dominate... Medium to medium thin body
4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 JStax (689) - Devola, Ohio, USA - JAN 15, 2012
Poured from a bomber into a pint glass. Appearance is brilliantly clear orange with a sticky white head of foam that lasted a moderate length of time. Aroma is pine-y hops and bitter grapefruit rind. Taste is fairly bitter with a smooth malt presence that plays a backup role to the showcasing hops. Gentle carbonation on the tongue and medium bodied. This would be a great beer to sit down and have a good deal of. Nice.
3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 TheRealMGD (356) - Lakewood, Washington, USA - JAN 14, 2012
Tap @ Stone. Clear orange-gold pour with a short white head leaving heavy lace. Nose is pine and lightly fruity (initially, this mostly fades after a short while in the glass). Medium-light body and moderate, sharp carnonation, though the body fades to light nearer the finish and is almost watery. Light toast, pine hops and light grapefruit. A competent APA, but not in the same league as 3F Alpha King or SN Green.
3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20 Niko100 (1083) - New York, USA - JAN 7, 2012
Nice golden color; Medium slightly creamy body; Aroma of malt, floral hops, & some citrus; Flavor of slight sweet malt, citrus hops, light pine, and some caramel; Finish is dry & only slightly bitter; Nicely balanced; Overall, nothing intense here - just an easy drinking brew.
4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20 Frank (1964) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - DEC 24, 2011
Whenever a brewer seems to realize you can have big hops without having a big beer it makes me happy. I see no reason I should have to get tipsy to get my hop fix--not that I mind so much. In any case, this is an APA with a. huge hoppy nose loaded with citrus and pine which does not pack a huge alcohol kick. It’s light bodied but full flavored, easy drinking but worth savoring with some lightly sweet malts playing off earthy bitterness in the finish. Very well done. It makes me wish that APA rather than IPA was the standard hoppy brew.
3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20 mtjoseph (222) - Murderapolis, Minnesota, USA - DEC 18, 2011
Bomber shared with matty883. Pours a light pale orange with a small white head which dissipated quite quickly. Very subtle aroma of some grapefruit, pine, and lemon rind. Some sort of weird plastic overtones. Really light bodied and effervescent. The effervescence helps focus attention on flavors of pine, lemon citrus, and some light sweet malt, then whisk it right away for a pleasant, clean finish. I dig.
