Bottle. Pours clear golden with a big creamy snowy white head. Aroma of tropical fruits, passion fruit and grapefruit. Taste is crisp and fresh, fruity and flowery hops with a solid malty body underneath. Lively carbonated, which helps bringing the fruity hops to the surface, this is a lovely APA, with that "moreish" feeling.

Received in trade from TexIndy, thanks for the opportunity.
Pours a light golden color with a huge fluffy white head that persists forever. Smells of citrus right off with some lemon, bread, and a spicy earthy aroma in there as well. Nose is reminiscent of SNPA. Taste is lemony with a modest bitter hop bite some sweet bread malt holds everything together. Carbonation is over the top. At first pour this thing looked like champagne there were so many bubbles. Light to medium body, crisp mouthfeel. Decent APA that would be great if the carbonation were toned down a bit.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 ClubGonzo (1732) - Bergen, NORWAY - MAY 18, 2011
Bottle, shared with and courtesy of Palme at my 1000-rating tasting, 16th of May 2011. :-) Pours a hazy dark honey color with a big white head. Aroma is like a fruit basket: I get kiwi, apricot, strawberry, melon, lemon, green gooseberries and some subtle floral notes. Really good. Taste is more mellow, with light citrusy notes, kiwi, lemon and near-tart fruity flavors save for a rather discreet pale malt sweetness in the back. Body is light and refreshing. A world-class APA from AleSmith here; complex enough to be entertaining and straight enough to just knock back! :-)
