4.2 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20
This is delicious. The light color and frothy white head seem to go with the lighter body feel. The hops are spicy and citrusy with great pine and citrus aromas, and what’s great is they don’t dry out the palate. Flowers, grass, ripe fresh apple, juniper berry. The beer has enough malt support without the malt really getting in the way flavor-wise or becoming sticky. This makes X a total pleasure to drink - easy, but entertainingly complete. Maybe I just got an exceptional bottle, so I will have to research that theory with lots more of ’em...

3.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Color is extra pale. Pouring a light cloudy yellow with a white sticky head. Tastes soapy and slightly piney leaving a bitter finish. Very well balanced and super crushable. Had a bomber pour at home. Excellent pale ale

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pale yellow, a bit hazy body with a thick white head. Hoppy aroma, with grass and pine notes. Very smooth taste, it’s a little bit sweet with the bitterness lingering in the background. Smooth mouthfeel, not a lot of carbonation. Very nice overall.

4.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
65cl bottle, served in tulip. Pours golden with small/medium white head. Some lacing. Aromas of toffee, tropical fruits and pine. In contrast, the flavour has a lot of pine with citrusy notes. Almost no sweetness...maybe some caramel but that’s all. The aftertaste is moderately bitter and dry, very balanced. Light body, very good carbonation. Definitely the kind of APA I like (and sure a lot of people do). It is not perfect because of small details, well done.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Nothing wrong. It is a good a good pale ale; I dare say refreshing in a sense. Is it something to get excited about ? Not really. Too expensive to be a daily drinker. Nice 22oz bottle.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle. Turner’s, Sheffield. Hazy gold. Bubbles and a film of lasting, white head. Fairly sweet, slightly fusty malts. Soft toffee. Mandarin orange hop. Some cracker biscuit. Faint pine notes. Taste is light bitter. Hint of mineral dryness. Light, citric tang. Clean, lively palate. Juicy bitterness builds, and lingers on the finish. Quaffable.

Opalescent bright sun yellow-golden colour with a fine pillowy white head. Noses of light hay, herbal, citrus peel and pine notes. Lightly effervescent, thin texture, light body. Crisp and short pale malt sweentess with a bright light citrussy bitterness. Light dry short finish.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
I’m going to compare this to Alesmith’s IPA. The aromas are a little more subdued, but still solidly hoppy and light. The body is a lot lighter than the IPA, but with that unique Alesmith creamy mouthfeel that feels really unique and contrasts nicely with the light flavors. Really pleasant and one of the best pale ales I’ve had.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle at Austrian RB Meeting in Linz shared by Saeglopur, many thanks. Golden color, white head. Aroma with intensive notes of wort, rosmary, citrus, citrus peel. Flavor with light sweetness, citrus and herbal hops. Quite ok, pretty standard IPA:
